Nitolio (“the App”) is developed by Martin Zivkovic (“we”, “us”, “our”).

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.

2. Information We Collect

Nitolio does not require account creation.

We only collect and store data necessary to provide the App’s core functionality.

a) User-Provided Data

You may enter and store the following information in the App:

  • Weight logs

  • Goal weight

  • Optional data such as:

    • Calorie intake

    • Protein intake

    • Workout intensity

This data is used solely to:

  • track your progress

  • generate insights

  • support your personal goals

b) Storage of Data

Your data is stored:

  • Locally on your device, and/or

  • In your personal iCloud account using Apple CloudKit

We do not have direct access to your iCloud data.

Apple processes and stores this data on your behalf according to their privacy policies.

c) Diagnostics & Performance Data

We may collect limited diagnostics data (such as crash reports or performance metrics) to improve the App.

This data:

  • Does not identify you personally

  • Is not used for advertising

  • Is not used for tracking across apps or services

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Nitolio offers optional paid subscriptions.

  • Payments are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store

  • We do not collect or store payment information

  • Subscription status may be used within the App to determine access to premium features

All billing, refunds, and subscription management are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

We do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

Your data may be processed by:

  • Apple (via CloudKit and App Store services)

These services are required to provide appropriate data protection in accordance with applicable laws.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is stored locally on your device and may also be synced to your iCloud account using Apple’s CloudKit.

You can delete your data at any time by:

  • Using the “Delete All Data” option within the App, which permanently removes your data from both your device and iCloud

  • Deleting individual entries within the App

  • Deleting the App from your device

  • Disabling iCloud access for the App in your device settings

We do not store or retain your personal data on our own servers.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights including:

  • Access to your personal data

  • Correction or deletion of your data

  • Restriction of processing

Since your data is stored on your device or iCloud, you can manage or delete it directly at any time.

7. Children’s Privacy

Nitolio is not intended for children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
